Price Matching
PriceMatch is only available for authorized retail stores/websites. Rebate and discount prices that violates the MAP (Minimum Advertized Price) Policy of manufacturers are not available for PriceMatch. We will inform you as soon as possible if your product you requested a price match on qualifies. If the product qualifies we will either match or beat price of the item/items requested. On the bottom left corner of the product details page you will find a link to request a price match.
Shipping Info
Our products are shipped out of our warehouses in the east and west USA.
Orders placed before 2pm MST are usually shipped the same day.
(Monday - Friday) Not including Holidays
We ship using the following methods: Super Saver Shipping (Based on the weight of the order, items will be shipped using one of these methods - US First Class Mail, US Priority Mail, UPS Ground), USPS with confirmation, UPS ground, UPS second day air, are also other choices that can be selected. The rates will be estimated while you are shopping and on final checkout you can select your prefered method of shipping and a final cost will be added to your order.
Once an order is in 'Warehouse Processing' status it cannot be cancelled. This includes any order which has already been shipped, or 'Shipping'.(This includes any order that has had a tracking number supplied).
After receiving a shipment, please check all contents against the packing slip before discarding box and packing material. The customer is responsible for tracking shipments. In the event a shipment does not arrive, we need to be notified no later than 1 week from the recorded delivery date. In some instances the customer may be required to sign for a package, this is solely at the discretion of the shipping company.
All orders typically take 1-3 business days to process. Health and Diet Resource Center does have online inventory at this time. If an item is showing 0 (zero) it is not instock and your order will be put on backorder if you have selected yes or not selected anything in the checkout area for this. Items in stock are automatically shipped out after the order is processed. UPS does not include the day the order ships, nor weekends or government holidays as shipping days.
Backorders
Order Delivery & Backorders
Our goal is to ship your order immediately and completely. All orders are processed within 24-72 hrs and a email notification will be sent regarding the receipt of the order and status. You will be contacted by email if the item has become discontinued or if your order has been put on backorder. Backorders are usually filled in 3-10 working days (does not include weekends and holidays) and sometimes may take longer then 15(fifteen) days. You may also contact us to cancel a backordered item at any time and receive an immediate refund unless the product had been shipped prior to your notification. If after 20(twenty) days your order has been on backorder and you request a refund the refund will be sent to you via Paypal only.

Customers are only charged one shipping charge and will not be charged additional shipping to send out backordered items. If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less shipping and less a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount.

Tracking your order can be done by going to our order status page and entering your information provided in your invoice.

Return Policy
We will accept any bad, damaged or expired product within 30 days of purchase upon authorization The Health & Diet Resource Center. .Please email us for information on product returns. Contact Us. We will not be responsible for shipping and handling on returned items. We recommend using UPS, FedEx or some other form of insured mail for returns as we can not be responsible for items that never make it back to our warehouse.
Items that are older then 30 days will be taken back on an individual basis only. Please contact us to see if you are eligible for a refund.
