Smoking is a nasty habit and if you are a smoker you should do whatever it takes to quit. If that is true with you should select foods that have been sweetened with alternative artificial sugars such as NutraSweet. There are many artificial sweeteners in your grocery store. Some of them are artificial but there are many that are natural such as Agave. There are also many foods on the market today that do not contain any sugar.

There are many tricks that you can do to help you through the day as you ward off those nicotine cravings. One tip that has proven successful for many is to brush your teeth as often as you can throughout the day. By brushing your teeth you will satisfy that craving for oral gratification. Also, your mouth and breath will have a fresh, clean feeling which will encourage you not to smoke. Quitting smoking is the best thing that you can do for your health and it is possible to quit without gaining weight.
