Pregnancy isn’t an illness; it’s a normal human phase. However, it also presents the body of a woman with many challenges, many of which may portray symptoms, causing problems. Most of the conditions aren’t for the mother or the baby, but they can be very unpleasant.

While a number of women go through their pregnancies without experiencing morning sickness, most of them have to contend with a couple of pregnancy related issues. Most women aren’t aware of these pregnancy illnesses, and sometimes they may be too minor that if they aren’t treated effectively then they could develop to a very serious problem. These problems may end up affecting the fetus and the mother to be. Therefore, for a woman to begin a family with her new child, she must be conversant with some of the pregnancy diseases.

1. Constipation

5. Heartburn

Heartburn arises around half of all pregnancies and it’s the sensation brought about by the stomach washing up the esophagus. 7. Varicose Veins

Some women may develop varicose veins in the area surrounding the vagina opening. These can tend to be quite painful. This can be treated by:

  • · Talking to your physician/doctor or midwife once it becomes a problem.
