1. Is your site secure?
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. 2. What are your return policies?
We will accept any bad, damaged or expired product within 15 days of purchase upon authorization of The Health & Diet Resource Center.

3. How are the orders processed?
Orders placed before 2pm MST are usually shipped the same day when the products ordered are in stock. (Monday - Friday) Not including Holidays We ship using the following methods: USPS with confirmation, UPS ground, UPS second day air, and UPS next day air. . The rates will be estimated while you are shopping and on final checkout you can select your preferred method of shipping and a final cost will be added to your order. Our products are shipped out of the Continental USA.
4. Can I track my orders?
Tracking your order can be done by going to our order status page and entering your information provided in your invoice.
