Rheumatoid arthritis or RA is a chronic, disabling and progressive autoimmune disease that causes swelling and pain in the joints, tissues around the joints and other organs of the body. RA  commonly affects the joints of the hands and feet but it is also possible that other joints in the body can also be affected. Patients suffering from this disease experiences stiff joints and usually tired. The autoimmune system is a complex system of cells and antibodies that are designed to seek and destroy substances and organism that cause infections and diseases. Exercise, besides being crucial to weight loss, is also crucial to your overall health and wellbeing.  Being stationary and overeating are the two most obvious and common reasons for weight gain and obesity. Once you have a good diet and exercise program chosen, you may want to help kick start your weight loss with a good fat burner or diet pill supplement.  Because losing weight can take time, some people give up too quickly before they see noticeable results.  The fact is however that you can speed up results and increase your body’s ability to lose weight by taking a diet pill or supplement.
